Job Description
You will be performing general pest control services to eradicate and protect residences and businesses using the best equipment, products and treatment protocols. You will positively represent XTERMIN to our existing customers, neighbors and community.

Job Requirements:
- Must be personable, likable and friendly
- Must be honest and ethical in all that you do when no one is watching
- Must be able to walk 3-5 miles per day
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs into the bed of a truck
- Must be able to walk and traverse uneven terrain carrying a 45 lb backpack sprayer
- Must be able to tolerate outdoor temperatures common to Phoenix, Arizona
- Must be clean-cut and professional in appearance
- Must be resilient, determined, hard-working
- Must be able to work around pests such as spiders, roaches, bees, bed bugs, scorpions.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have a GREAT ATTITUDE
No Experience Required:
We provide paid training and we will pay for your state licensing.

We offer and expect to pay out additional bonuses and commissions above base pay for enthusiastic and motivated employees who contribute to growing our business.

Position is Full-Time
Availability Monday – Friday (+ occasional Saturday): 6:00am – 6:00pm with flexible hours. Typical work day is ~8 hours and usually finished by early afternoon.
Office Location is in Mesa.
Pay range: $15-$25 / hour + Commission
Sales | Door-to-Door (Arizona)
XTERMIN is building a sales team. We are looking for honest, motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales team selling primarily in Phoenix east valley cities including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek.
Performers will be rewarded generously and with future opportunity. We are looking for honest, motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales team.
We will be expanding into other states beyond Arizona after we have completed establishing a solid footprint in Arizona. We are hoping to find and develop our most successful salespeople into future Sales Directors who will help lead the company’s growth.

You must provide your own transportation and iPhone, smart phone or iPad.

- Has had experience knocking doors (Not required)
Compensation: This is a 100% commissioned position. Expected commission payout for full-time effort is $4,000 – $8,000 earned income per month. Top performers can exceed $10,000 per month. If you sell a minimum of just 1 account per day you’ll achieve this income.
