Job Description
You will be performing general pest control services to eradicate and protect residences and businesses using the best equipment, products and treatment protocols. You will positively represent XTERMIN to our existing customers, neighbors and community.

Job Requirements:
- Must be personable, likable and friendly
- Must be honest and ethical in all that you do when no one is watching
- Must be able to walk 3-5 miles per day
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs into the bed of a truck
- Must be able to walk and traverse uneven terrain carrying a 45 lb backpack sprayer
- Must be able to tolerate outdoor temperatures common to Phoenix, Arizona
- Must be clean-cut and professional in appearance
- Must be resilient, determined, hard-working
- Must be able to work around pests such as spiders, roaches, bees, bed bugs, scorpions.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have a GREAT ATTITUDE
No Experience Required:
We provide paid training and we will pay for your state licensing.
Additional Compensation:
We offer and expect to pay out additional bonuses and commissions above base pay for enthusiastic and motivated employees who contribute to growing our business.

Availability Monday – Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm with flexible hours
Office Location is in east Mesa.

Sales | Door-to-Door (Arizona)
XTERMIN is building a sales team. We are looking for honest, motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales team selling primarily in Phoenix east valley cities including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek.
Performers will be rewarded generously and with future opportunity. We are looking for honest, motivated individuals to join our door-to-door sales team working directly with the owner.
We will be expanding into other states beyond Arizona after we have completed establishing a solid footprint in Arizona. We are hoping to find and develop our most successful salespeople into future Sales Directors who will help lead the company’s growth.
Equity ownership may be offered to qualified performers who are successful at sales, recruiting and leading sales teams.
XTERMIN Pest Control sales are the best and easiest door to door sales to make when compared to other pest control companies, solar, home security, direct tv, cable or satellite. A few of the benefits of selling for XTERMIN include:
- No Contract. The #1 objection from potential customers is they don’t want to be locked into a contract. We have eliminated this obstacle.
- Better Technology. All sales are completed at the door using only an iPad which means you are not spending your precious nights doing paperwork. Our sales tracking app enables you to be more efficient by logging leads for follow-up.
- No Credit Checks. Every customer qualifies.
- Very Fast Sales Process. Unlike complicated sales processes like those found in solar, security or satellite, our sales process from start to finish is about 10 minutes.
- Same-day Servicing. Servicing your newly sold account the same day increases customer satisfaction, reduces cancellations and increases your commissions.
You must provide your own transportation.
The perfect applicant:
- Loves people
- Optimistically Determined (doesn’t give up when they’ve had an unsuccessful day or 2)
- Has had experience knocking doors (Not required)
Compensation: This is a 100% commissioned position. Expected commission payout for full-time effort is $4,000 – $6,000 per month. Low performers will earn about $2500 per month. Top performers can exceed $10,000 per month.
